Putin awards Armenian ambassador with Order of Friendship

Russian President Vladimir Putin has awarded Ambassador of Armenia to Russia Vardan Toghanyan with Order of Friendship for his contribution to strengthening of Russian-Armenian relations. The related decree was published on the country’s official legal information website, Ria Novosty news agency reported.

“To award Vardan Suren Toghanyan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Russian Federation with Order of Friendship for his great contribution to strengthening of Armenian-Russian allied relations,” the decree says.
