There is no legal ground for the handover of “enclaves” to Azerbaijan, Armenia’s former Prime Minister Vazgen Manukyan claims, warning it would clear the way for renewed war within Armenia’s territory.
"We are encouraged by the continued engagement and progress in negotiations between the parties on a peace treaty, including the meeting between the two leaders in Chisinau,” the official said in a statement on Thursday.
