"The armed forces of Azerbaijan have violated the ceasefire regime in the direction of Aghdam, Askeran and Karmir Shuka," Vitaly Balasanyan, Secretary of the National Security Council of Artsakh has told an interview to Ria Novosty news agency. In Balasanyan's words, the Azerbaijanis thus continue violating the reached agreements and advance their positions in Nagorno-Karabakh.

"It is not the first time Azerbaijanis have violated the present borders of the Artsakh Republic. Violations are constantly recorded at the contact line. The contact line fixed on November 10 is not maintained and Azeris are advancing their positions, attempting different provocations," Balasanyan said.

The Secretary of the National Security Council added that all violations are reported to Russian peacekeepers, and some of the raised issues are solved. "Positive dynamics is observed in this direction," added Balasanyan.
